If your order arrives incomplete, or with a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will replace it or refund it.
Our products are fresh and made the same day, so they cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty.
Returns are free: we do not charge any return shipping.
Refunds
If you paid online and we cancel the order or approve a return, the money goes back the way you paid, or as store credit on the website if you prefer.
If you paid cash on delivery, the courier refunds the amount or exchanges the item.
Delivery
Same-day delivery within our delivery areas, from the branch nearest to you.
Delivery fees depend on the distance from the branch: 5 EGP per km, with a minimum of 30 EGP.
Free delivery on orders of 750 EGP or more.
