Terms and Conditions – Dan Fresh

By using danfresh.com and ordering from it, you agree to these terms. The website is run by The Group Company for Food and Juice, 54 Hassan El Ma'moon St., Nasr City, Cairo.

Orders and prices

  • Prices on the website are in Egyptian pounds, and you pay the price shown when you confirm your order.
  • After you order you get an order number, and you can follow it from the «Track your order» page.
  • If an item runs out or is not available at the branch, we will contact you to offer a replacement, or remove it from the order and refund you if you already paid.

Delivery

  • We deliver from your nearest branch: El Narges in New Cairo, or El Haras El Gomhoury in Nasr City.
  • Same-day delivery is available in areas with express delivery, and you can book the time that suits you. In other areas delivery takes at least 48 hours.
  • Delivery is free on orders over 750 EGP; below that, the delivery fee is shown before you confirm the order.

Payment

  • You can pay cash or by card to the courier, or by InstaPay transfer.
  • If you pay by InstaPay, send the transfer picture from the order tracking page so we can prepare your order.

Our products

  • Our products are fresh and preservative-free, so keep them refrigerated and consume them within the time on the pack.
  • Pictures on the website are for illustration, and the pack may look slightly different.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow the «Return Policy» on the website.

Privacy

We use your data only to deliver your order, as explained in the «Privacy Policy» page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you order applies to that order.
